Here are some ideas for when there is unpredictable weather or any other reason stopping you from going outside (this helped during lockdown)
Stress and Anxiety are two different yet similar things and everyone has it but some people have more and others less. But before we ‘dive deeper’ let’s see what these two words mean :
Stress - a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances.
Anxiety - feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease...
Anger issues - everyone has the right to be angry because no one says you can’t.
