,How can we keep healthy?
By eating right and keeping fit!
In this article we will be talking about keeping fit by exercising. 

Exercising is very important as it helps to prevent gaining weight and gives you some confidence. So I will give a suggestion for a workout for beginners. You do not need any equipment for this work out.
All exersises for 45 seconds and rest 30 seconds. Work out is down below with stretches and warm up.

Stretches - Stretch to the side then the other side, stretch up high on your tippy toes and stretch down to touch your toes.
(Do before the warm up and after the cool down) 

Warm up - Jog on the spot, 20 jumping jacks and high knees  

1st half - Plank, Mountain Climbers, jump side to side, scissors and Squats
2nd half - Pushups, Sit ups, Side lunges, Burpees and Bicycle Crunches
 
Cooldown - Pike, toe touches and finally breathe in then out

Try every exercise and keep pushing through I know you can do it! 
Alright now try to this work out at least every week and recprd how many reps you can do to see your progess!
