How do you get a healthy lifestyle?

I have the the answer to that!

Eat healthy to be healthy!
But the real question how?!
Well I know! You have to be careful of how much you eat and what you eat. Because it doesn’t matter what age you are everyone needs to be healthy.

So do you have a late night snack every night? Well if yes then that needs to stop you should be sleeping. But if you eat unhealthy stuff at night at least eat something healthy like piece of fruit.

As they say “If you a piece of fruit everyday,will keep the doctor away!
And try to stop having lots of unhealthy snacks. But it is okay to have snacks once in a while but not all the time!
( Top Tip: If you can’t stop eating something,for example; crisps then hide it and forget about it always works! )
